Our own high standard for quality seafood prompted us to work toward delivering that same Louisiana quality to the Atlanta and surrounding areas. After a few months of planning our crawfish distribution and product line was born.

When is crawfish season?
Peak season runs from late February through May in Louisiana. Some availability extends from December through June. We only provide real Louisiana crawfish.
How much crawfish per person?
The typical answer is about 3-5 pounds per person but of course that depends on how many of your guests eat them like it a sport. If Uncle Randy family is going to be there, you might want to bump it up. If our crawfish you'd better go up to 10lbs per person. 😂
Can I order crawfish online?
Yes! We accept orders for live crawfish. Pickup is typically on Saturdays. Some delivery options are available. Call for details.
Are crawfish healthy?
Hmmm…Only if you don't count the seasoning, butter, the sausage, pototoes, and beer that usually comes with them! On their own, crawfish are actually lean source of protein, low in fat, a full of vitamins like B12. Bu let's be honest—no one's eating them plain. So yes, crawfish CAN be healthy… until the party starts!
